Inner Work Through an Embodied Lens

Aligning your inner compass — mind, heart, gut, and soul

Who are we?

Integrating Eastern and Western therapeutic approaches, we foster holistic well-being by blending compassion and mindfulness with evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Hakomi Method, and integrated somatic trauma therapy. Guided by these modalities, our body, breath, and sound practices are designed to nurture all dimensions of health and well-being. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive, compassionate support system for our clients, learners, and curious souls alike.

What we do

  • Therapeutic Work

This integrative therapeutic work supports clients experiencing emotional distress, stress-related physical symptoms, trauma, and relational or life challenges.

Sessions are trauma-informed and grounded in a mind–body approach, supporting awareness of how psychological experience, emotional patterns, and physical sensations are interconnected.

The work is relational and experiential, and may include somatic inquiry, mindfulness-based exploration, and gentle embodied awareness practices to support regulation and integration. Approaches are adapted to each person and may draw on Hakomi-informed principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and other somatic trauma-based approaches.

Sessions are offered both in-person and online, providing a flexible and accessible therapeutic space while maintaining a strong relational focus.

The intention is to support clients in gently exploring internal patterns, developing self-awareness, and strengthening emotional and nervous system regulation.

  • Sound Work

    Sound Work

Soma Soundscape offers sound-based, somatic experiences using carefully tuned crystal singing bowls and acoustic resonance to support deep relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

This work is informed by contemporary understandings of psychoacoustics, nervous system regulation, and states of rest and restoration, supporting the body and mind to shift into calmer, more regulated states associated with relaxation and meditative awareness.

Sound experiences may also be viewed through a broader lens of vibrational awareness and resonance, including influences from cymatics (the study of visible sound) which explores how vibrational frequencies interact with physical matter and form.

Sessions are offered as both private and group experiences, providing space for stillness, embodied presence, and restorative integration.

This work is non-dogmatic and inclusive. It can be experienced in a purely secular way or integrated with personal meaning, reflection, or spiritual connection, depending on each individual’s preference.
